In a field that see constant employee turnover, we have been able to maintain a core of good people and supervisors, many have worked together for over 10 years in the valley. We have achieved this by offering a safe work environment and realize that our employees are our company’s biggest asset.

Patrick Garcia
Owner
Patrick’s experience has allowed him to work directly with many premiere management companies and community managers in the valley. He has managed over 30-maintenance crews, overseen large scale installation in excess of $ 1 million dollars and has completed numerous hours of landscape training.
When not working, Patrick likes to spend time with family, fishing, camping and riding his quad.
Working in the Golf Course industry in the mid 80’s, Patrick brings intensive landscape experience and knowledge to our company. As Patrick worked his way up in the ranks from laborer to Foreman and now owner, he has picked up tremendous experience along the way to better serve his clients.

Lee Gonzales
Office Manager
Lee joined our team in November of 2014. Lee has an extensive 40-year background in accounting a, office management and administration. Her background is in the fields of construction, aviation, production and 15 years in the motorcycle industry. Lee’s responsibilities include: billing, accounts payable, payroll, workers compensation, and insurance, along with many other daily activities that keep the Shamrock office running like a fine-tuned machine!
In her off time, she enjoys her passion of motorcycle riding, copper art, camping and gardening. She also dedicates many hours a year volunteering and raising money for various charities including veterans, animals, food banks and motorcycling.
